1) Application.
Your journey begins here. Fill out our Build Your Van form and tell us about your dream vehicle. Once submitted, we’ll schedule a call to dive deeper into your vision, needs, and ideal features. We’re excited to start this adventure with you and will get back to you quickly—typically the same business day!
2) Initial Design.
This is where your dream van starts to take shape. Together, we’ll discuss layout options, custom finishes, and additional features to fit your style and travel goals. We’ll help guide you through our selection of materials and upgrades, and you’ll receive a clear, comprehensive quote outlining your build to be.
3) Deposit & Agreement.
Ready to make it official? To reserve your place in our build schedule, a deposit of $5,000 is required. This amount will be applied toward the final cost of your van. We’ll then send you the Build Agreement, which outlines the details of your custom van, payment schedule, and next steps. The agreement also includes your floor plan, upgrades, and finishes, ensuring everything is set before we start bringing your dream to life.
4) Final Design.
In this step, we refine your design, guiding you through colour selection, materials, and final finishes for both the interior and exterior. We ensure every detail aligns with your vision, incorporating any last-minute adjustments before production begins.
5) Build.
Now it’s time for the magic! Our team of experts begins transforming your design into reality. Depending on complexity, your custom camper van will take 8–12 weeks to complete. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every build is designed to stand the test of time.
6) Delivery.
The day you’ve been waiting for has arrived! You’ll pick up your van at our shop, where we’ll walk you through every system, feature, and component to make sure you’re comfortable before hitting the road. If you're not local, we arrange shipping right to your door. The world is now your playground—time to hit the road and start your adventure!
